NyasaFlix Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1 Acceptance of Terms: By using NyasaFlix, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you have any concerns or do not agree with any part of these terms, we encourage you to contact us or consider alternative options for your streaming needs.

1.2 Modification of Terms: NyasaFlix reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Terms for Movie Producers

2.1 Platform Fee: NyasaFlix charges a platform fee of 30% from the total transactions made through our system for each movie. This fee is deducted from your earnings before the payment is made.

2.2 Payment Processing:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: Movie producers must request withdrawals for at least seven days worth of earnings. This means the total amount requested should be equivalent to earnings accumulated over a minimum of seven days.
• Payment Processing Time: Once a payment request is made, the payment will be processed within 24 hours.
• Payment Method: Payments are made directly to the registered payment details provided by the movie producer.

2.3 Payment Details: It is the responsibility of the movie producer to ensure that their payment details are accurate and up to date. NyasaFlix will not be liable for any errors or delays resulting from incorrect payment information.

2.4 Revenue Reporting: Producers will have access to detailed transaction reports through their account dashboard, including earnings, fees, and payment status.

2.5 Content Protection: Movies uploaded to NyasaFlix are provided for streaming purposes only and are not available for download. NyasaFlix reserves the right to protect all content through encryption and make it accessible solely via the NyasaFlix player.

2.6 No Liability for Unauthorized Recording: NyasaFlix does not accept liability for any loss, damage, or infringement of content that may occur as a result of unauthorized recording methods such as screen recording, use of external devices to capture content, or screenshots taken by users. The responsibility for such unauthorized activities lies solely with the individual engaging in them.

2.7 Indemnification: Producers agree to indemnify and hold NyasaFlix harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or related to the unauthorized recording or distribution of their content by third parties.

2.8 Platform Reliability: While NyasaFlix strives to maintain a secure and reliable platform, we do not guarantee that our content protection measures will be entirely foolproof against all methods of unauthorized capture or distribution.

3. Terms for Movie Streamers

3.1 Transaction Processing Fee: Movie streamers are subject to a transaction processing fee of 4% for each transaction made on the platform. This fee is automatically deducted from the total transaction amount.

3.2 Payment Method: Streamers must provide valid payment details to complete transactions. It is the responsibility of the streamer to ensure that their payment information is accurate and up to date.

3.3 Refunds and Cancellations: NyasaFlix does not offer refunds for transactions once they have been completed. Any issues with streaming or access should be reported to customer support.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering and using the NyasaFlix services.

4.2 Compliance with Laws: All users must comply with applicable laws and regulations when using NyasaFlix.

4.3 Prohibited Conduct: Users must not engage in any conduct that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to the NyasaFlix platform or its users.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Content Accessibility: Movies uploaded to NyasaFlix are provided for streaming purposes only and are not available for download. NyasaFlix reserves the right to protect all content through encryption and make it accessible solely via the NyasaFlix player.

5.2 Content Protection: NyasaFlix implements measures to protect the integrity and security of the content hosted on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, encryption and access controls designed to prevent unauthorized distribution and copying of content.

5.3 No Liability for Unauthorized Recording: NyasaFlix does not accept liability for any loss, damage, or infringement of content that may occur as a result of unauthorized recording methods such as screen recording, use of external devices to capture content, or screenshots taken by users. The responsibility for such unauthorized activities lies solely with the individual engaging in them.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malawi. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malawi.
